Make sure your Twitter account says it’s been suspended. When your account is suspended, your Twitter account URL will be redirected to this account suspended page.
Steps to Submit Appeal Form for Suspended Account
Step 1: The first step is to log in to your Twitter account. Sometimes, restoring your suspended Twitter account can be as simple as verifying your email address or adding your phone number to your account.
If you see any notifications asking you to provide your phone number or verify your email address, follow the instructions and your account will be unsuspended shortly.
Step 2: If you don’t see any such notifications, you might only see a prompt like below asking you to visit the Suspended Accounts page for more information.
You might want to visit the page and learn more about why your account might have been suspended.
Step 3: So, if you think Twitter made a mistake suspending your account, go to this Appeal Form and submit a description of why you think Twitter might have suspended your account.
Please ensure that you have been logged in from your suspended account to access this form. You will see a notification asking you to login if from the suspended account if you are logged in from any other active account.
Step 4: You can just select desktop for the first question asking you “Where are you experiencing this issue?”
Second, take some time to explain the issue and why you think your account might have been suspended.
Remember, you are writing to a real person on the other end – it pays to be polite.
Step 5: You can now expect an email from Twitter support within the next few days.
Step 6: If they are convinced of the reasons or might have done it in error, you will get an email shortly saying your account has been unsuspended.
Step 7: It only took a few hours for my account @socialshire to get unsuspended and here’s the email that I received.
If you receive any other email, please follow the guidelines and cooperate with them to get your account unsuspended.

hi there , my twitter account has been sespended for over 2 mounths now . i have appealed few times by filling out an appeale form and replaying to twitter email that i have recived . but no luck yet . however last few days twitter keep asking me to update my email and phone number , but when i do try to updet its comes up with error so i do not know what i do have to do to get my account back . please help

By suspending our accounts without notice and not giving us a way to communicate with them, they are harming our business and our reputation. Plus it looks very bad for us to have a suspended page displayed to our customers and to the public.
I have gone through all the appeal steps but still have no received any reply from Twitter. They should be obligated to give you notice of a suspension, the specific reason you have been suspended, and reply to your request to be un-suspended right away.
One day they are going to do this to the wrong person or company and get sued big-time. They are operating as a utility and must behave that way, not randomly suspend accounts with no notice or opportunity to respond.
If my account gets unsuspended, I am going to delete it and not use Twitter at all. It would be better to not have a Twitter account than risk being embarrassed like this in front of our customers.
I just opened my Twitter account a few weeks ago. However almost immediately I was told that it was suspended. I hadn’t even tweeted yet.

You are NOT emailing a live person nor is one responding to you. It’s all auto generated and no matter how eloquently you put your appeals, no one is reading. Same response over and over and over. This is no way to run a platform. Subjective and biased.

I toohave the same problem. 16 days are over. How to unsuspend a permanently ususpended account. Is there any authority over them.?
Somebody should sue them. They suspended my account too complietly without reason. Email said : “you account was blocked because there was suspicious activity observed on it” but they never supplier information what “suspiciuos activity” was and where is my blame here. Since 2 weeks no answer from “twitter support”. It a scandal how they treat its users.

My account was suspended yesterday, after I have had it for over 9 years without causing any trouble. No one is looking at my appeals. No one is responding to my emails. No real reason was given as to why my account was even suspended. Twitter is an unprofessional, sorry excuse for a business.
